The Inner Safety Series
A Yoga Nidra Series for Feeling Safe, Releasing Fear and Calling Forward what you desire.
You are not meant to live in a constant state of fear
And yet, for so many people right now… that is exactly what is happening.
You can feel it in your body.
Perhaps your sleep is off, you feel wired in your body, you’re more reactive than usual, or you can’t seem to feel calm and settled.
Sometimes it sits in your body as tension that never fully goes. Sometimes it shows up in your relationships, where things feel tighter, shorter, less patient than they used to.
This isn’t how your system is designed to live.
So what do you do when everything feels so intense around you? When messages keep triggering your nervous system into a threat response?Â
You stop trying to push through it.
And you start working with yourself.
You begin to become your own safe place.
You give your body experiences of safety, not just the idea of it.
You allow some of what has been building inside you to move, instead of carrying it forward into everything and purposely create what you want from within, not from external messages of fear.
This is what these practices are forÂ
These three Yoga Nidras are here to meet you in that:
Not to take you away from your life, but to change how your body is experiencing it.
To help your system come out of that constant state of alert.
To support you to experience calm.
To give you something to come back to when things feel like too much that assist you to reduce the intensity of your experience of life.
When this happens, things begin to change in ways that are very real:
You might notice your breath deepens
That you don’t react as quickly.
That your thoughts don’t spiral in the same way.
That you feel more steady, even when things around you are uncertain.
The three practices
Â
🌼 Feeling Safe
For the moments where everything feels tight, heightened, or on edge. This brings you back into your body in a way that feels steady and supported.
🌼 Releasing Fear
For when fear has built up over time. This helps your body let go of what it has been holding, so you are not carrying it into every moment.
🌼 Calling Forward What You Desire
For when you are ready to move out of survival and reconnect to what you actually want, with more clarity and steadiness.
What this begins to change
This doesn’t show up as one big moment.
It shows up in how you move through your life.
You pause where you would normally react.
Your body softens instead of tightening.
You feel less on edge throughout the day.
Your mind quiets more easily.
You are more present with the people you love.
You are not constantly bracing for what might go wrong.
This is not something you use once
You have lifetime access to these.
So this becomes something you return to.
On the nights you can’t switch off.
On the days everything feels too much.
In the moments where you feel yourself getting pulled away from yourself.
Each time, your body, mind and nervous system are learning something new.
