In a small, safe circle I'll guide you, gently, and at your own pace, back into the body you've been disconnected from. No pressure. No performance. Just you, finally being held.
Here's what makes this day different.
I'm going to teach you how to have real conversations with your body. Not in theory, but through the way it actually holds itself, braces itself, protects itself.
You'll start to see the places you learned to push through, go numb, or disappear on yourself — and why. And then, gently, we rewire them. So that you stop abandoning yourself in the moments that matter most.

Here's what your day looks like:
Somatic Practices & Movement We begin by dropping out of your head and into your body. Gentle, guided movement that starts to loosen what you've been carrying — often without you even realising it.
Feminine Yin Slow, held postures that work at the deepest layer — where the old patterns actually live. This is where real rewiring happens.
Body Conversations The centrepiece of the day. I'll guide you into a direct dialogue with your own body — you'll be surprised what it's been trying to tell you.
Creative Therapeutic Integration You'll create something tangible that captures what your body shared with you. Something you take home and keep. Women are often moved to tears by this part.
Sound Healing with Danielle Joynt Lie back and let the frequencies do the work. Every cell in your body gets to exhale.
Yoga Nidra The most delicious rest you may have ever experienced — and underneath it, quiet but powerful shifts in the beliefs that have been running the show.
Soulful Food by Sunny Peach Kitchen Jess's food is legendary at these retreats. Homemade chai, raw chocolate, and a full nourishing lunch — your body gets loved from the inside out.

I'll guide you gently and rhythmically through the day, working with the parts of you that have been braced, held, or shut down for longer than you can remember. Not forcing anything open — just creating the conditions where your body finally feels safe enough to soften.
And when it does? That's when the real healing happens.

Jess from Sunny Peach Kitchens will be joining us to create the most amazing food, including soulful snacks, homemade chai tea, raw chocolate, and a full sit-down lunch designed to nourish your female body with total love. Jess has worked with Liz on many retreats and the women always find her food an absolute highlight.

Sound Healing Session
A sound healing session with the incredible Danielle Joynt will touch every cell in your body with deep joy and love. Liz and Danielle trained together in yoga many moons ago and now collaborate regularly. Danielle, like Liz, has a Masters in Counselling and combines her knowledge of the human emotional field with her frequency and sound training to deliver frequencies that heal. Sound Healing has been shown to have far-reaching physical, emotional, mental and nervous system benefits and will enable you to integrate the retreat, deeply.

Meet Your Guide
 Liz knows what it means to be disconnected from your own body. After surviving institutional abuse, she found her way back to herself — not through talking about it, but through her body. That journey is the foundation of everything she does.
Today, Liz is a Somatic Therapist, Integrated Trauma Healing Practitioner, and Mental Health Aware Yoga Teacher with a Master of Counselling. But more than her qualifications, it's her lived experience that women feel the moment they walk into the room with her.
She has a rare ability to make nervous system healing feel safe, grounded, and deeply human — because she's done the work herself.
