This is a space where you can 'put it all down' for a day.Â
The responsibilities, the heaviness, the stress, the anxiety....all of it. Together, we’ll gently guide your body, mind, soul back into a deeply restful, calm, easeful and creative state.Â
This day has a particular focus.
We’ll be exploring the stories held in the energetic womb space… not in a conceptual way, but through the body. The places where you may have learned to disconnect, override, or push through… and how that can shape how you relate to yourself, your needs, and your self trust.
Through yin yoga, somatic practices, embodiment work, guided meditation and sound healing, you'll release tension and reconnect to your inner steadiness and resources.Â
Not just for the day… but in a way that carries into your life.

Sound Healing Session
A sound healing session with the incredible Danielle Joynt will touch every cell in your body with deep joy and love. Liz and Danielle trained together in yoga many moons ago and now collaborate regularly. Danielle, like Liz, has a Masters in Counselling and combines her knowledge of the human emotional field with her frequency and sound training to deliver frequencies that heal. Sound Healing has been shown to have far-reaching physical, emotional, mental and nervous system benefits and will enable you to integrate the retreat, deeply.

Meet Your Guide
Â
Liz is a Mental Health Aware Yoga Teacher, Integrated Trauma Healing Practitioner, and Somatic Therapist known for her ability to make nervous system healing feel grounded, practical, and deeply human.
With advanced training across trauma, emotional processing and a Master of Counselling, Liz brings both lived experience and professional wisdom to her work.
Her approach is shaped by her own healing journey, turning toward her body after surviving institutional abuse. She knows firsthand the power of befriending the body, and now helps others do the same.
Liz offers in-person sessions, online programs, retreats and workshops that clients describe as nothing short of life-changing.
